What is the main intention of the lessons?
To inspire astral development and cultivate a deeper understanding of consciousness and the potentials of the soul. The lessons help to prepare the soul for doing a retreat, if they choose to explore that path.
What are the topics that will be discussed at these meetings?
We will begin with an emphasize on astral development and provide theoretical knowledge and practical tools to help deepen the connection to the astral.
While developing the astral we will also explore the other branches of the teachings, which include physics: relativity & quantum mechanics, the hermetic kabbalah, the tarot, theology, geometry, moral philosophy, astrology, psychology, music, and ancient history, to name a few.
The depth we go into with each subject will depend on the interest of the student. In this way, there is no set curriculum, it is flexible.
Do I need prior experience?
All you need is curiosity and an open-mind 🙂
How long are the lessons?
They can range anywhere from one to 2.5 hours, depending on the student’s preference.
How often do we meet?
We recommend weekly meetings to help maintain momentum, especially with the astral development. You can also do meetings every other week or every 3 weeks, which is the longest we’d suggest going between meetings.
Is there a set number of lessons?
There is no set number. Students can take as many lessons as they would like.

How much does it cost?
All courses & retreats at SG Lucid Lab are free of charge. You are welcome to make a voluntary contribution to our community fund, which helps to cover operational costs, such as lodging, food, and materials for students in retreat. How many lessons do I need to complete in order to do a retreat?
If you are completely new to astral development, we recommend that you first complete 7 lessons before doing an Astral Retreat. The main prerequisite for doing an Astral Retreat is consistently remembering at least 2-3 dreams per night.
If you are a student of Las Piramides del Ka or you already have experience with the astral, you may be able to do an Astral Retreat sooner.

How will I share my dreams with my guide?
We suggest using a google doc that you share with your guide. This helps to keep all the dreams organized in one place.
What if I need to reschedule?
Your guide will provide you with a calendar link where you can make changes to scheduled meetings. We ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled meeting.
