SOLO RETREATS

βThe quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.β -Rumi
π§ββοΈThe solitude retreat is a sacred π for unlocking the deepest potentials of exploring the whole of existence.
π§ The recipe is ancient and simple: ‘where focus goes, energy flows’. When our mind is single-focused it has more energy to go into the depths of that one thing.
π§ Experience the bliss & inner transformation that comes when we provide our soul with this extraordinary container.
π§ SG Lucid Lab offers two types of solo retreats: Astral & Chariot of Fire
Astral Retreat π

βWho looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.β – Carl Jung
π Accelerate your astral development & explore the unique nature of the astral with your own personal guide
π Discover the deeper layers of lucidity & experience the magical wonders of the dream world
π Do the retreat anywhere in the world! (that has an internet connection, to connect with your guide)
π Retreat journeys can be anywhere between 21-40 days
FAQ
What is the main intention of the Astral Retreat?
To accelerate our astral development and explore the deeper layers of lucidity. A retreat provides a powerful environment to take our dream practice to another level. Students will be given tools and techniques to increase their dream memory, lengthen their lucid experiences, and explore the depths of the astral universe.
Are there prerequisites to do the retreat?
If you’re new to dreamwork it is important to first complete 7 lessons with a guide, so that you are better prepared to take advantage of the time while in retreat. The main prerequisite for doing an Astral Retreat is consistently remembering at least 2-3 dreams per night. That way you already have good momentum going into the retreat.
If you are a student of Las Piramides del Ka or you already have experience with the astral, you may be able to do an Astral Retreat sooner.
How long is the retreat?
Anywhere between 21-40 days. We recommend a minimum of 21 days to allow enough time to explore the potentials of the process.
Who will be my guide?
Your physical guide will be Kourken, whom you will be having online lessons with during the retreat. He will be supporting The Invisible (the inner guidance).
How often do we meet online and for how long?
At least twice a week for about 1-2 hours per meeting; it really depends on the needs of each student and the type of process they are in.
What is the location of the retreat?
Retreats can be done anywhere on the planet, as long as there is a good internet connection to have audio calls with your guide. It is best to do it in a space that you have to yourself versus having roommates.
If you feel more comfortable doing a retreat in the physical presence of a guide, you can select a location close to where the guide is living. Or check out our group retreats.
Do I have to be in silence?
No, strict silence is not necessary, although it is recommended to keep communications with the outside world to a minimum. You will get the most out of the retreat if you are just focused on the retreat process.
Working a job, doing other projects, or having other commitments, will affect the process and are strongly discouraged. It is best to wait until a time where you can fully dedicate yourself to the retreat journey.
How much does it cost?
All courses & retreats at SG Lucid Lab are free of charge. You are welcome to make a voluntary contribution to our community fund, which helps to cover operational costs, such as lodging, food, and materials for students in retreat. All donations go to this community fund. For more information on this, visit our “Contribute” page.
What does a typical retreat day look like?
We feel it’s important to give each student the creative freedom to design their own schedule and activities that fit their needs and preferences. Daily astral exercises will be given, such as dream journaling, intention setting, and candle meditation. Physical activity such as yoga, swimming & walking are recommended.
Recommended reading materials will be provided and it is important that the student read 2-3 hours spread out through the day. Other activities can include meditation, visualization work, dream incubating, reality checks, to name a few.
If you’d like, we can share a sample schedule with you.
How will I share my dreams with my guide?
We suggest using a google doc that you share with your guide. This helps to keep all the dreams organized in one place.
Will we only be talking about dreams?
Our main focus will be developing the astral, though we will also touch on other topics such as science, the Tree of Life, tarot, the Scriptures, to name a few. It really depends on the interests and level of each student and also what is coming through their astral experiences.
The topics related to dreams may include:
Benefits of Dream Work
Improving Dream Recall
Dream Signs & Reality Checks
Sleep Science
Lucid Trials
Maintaining Lucidity
Importance of Memory + Imagination
Freud & Jung
Improving Our Discernment Through Dream Work
Dream Work As a Preparation For Death
Chariot of Fire Retreat
Dream Analysis and Symbolism
Reframing Nightmares
Chariot of Fire π₯

“And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, coming out of the throne of Elohim and of the Lamb.
In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the Tree of Life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month.
-Revelation 22:1-2
π₯ The Chariot of Fire is a spiritual vehicle for traversing the hidden layers of consciousness
π₯ Use the lucid awareness that you have developed to help the soul pierce through the veils of existence, like walking out of Plato’s Cave
π₯ It is a powerful container that can greatly support the evolutionary process of uniting the sun & moon within us
FAQ
What is the main intention of the Chariot of Fire?
To create a suitable environment for exploring the deeper layers of consciousness, experiencing the potentials of the soul’s evolution, and establishing a clearer connection between the soul and the inner guidance.
It is much more efficient and fun to go on this type of journey when the lucid awareness has been well developed. This type of process can give an even greater jump to that development and help the soul more clearly understand the great importance and value of astral experiences.
Are there prerequisites to do the retreat?
Yes there are two prerequisites:
1) Completing a certain number of lessons with your guide, somewhere between 21-28, as a preparation for this level of retreat.
2) Doing an astral retreat or something equivalent where you had at least 2 lucid dreams per week.
How long is the retreat?
We recommend a minimum of 40 days to allow enough time to explore the potentials of the process. If this is your first Chariot of Fire retreat we would suggest a length closer to 90 days.
Who will be my guide?
Your physical guide will be the Mah, whom you will be having online lessons with during the retreat. He will be supporting The Invisible (the inner guidance).
How often do we meet online and for how long?
It really depends on the needs of each student and the type of process they are in. For those doing their first Chariot of Fire, meeting twice a week is common.
What is the location of the retreat?
Retreats can be done anywhere on the planet, as long as there is a good internet connection to have audio calls with your guide. It is highly recommended to do it in a space that you have to yourself versus having roommates.
If you feel more comfortable doing a retreat in the physical presence of a guide, you can select a location close to where the guide is living.
Do I have to be in silence?
No, strict silence is not necessary, although it is highly recommended to keep communications with the outside world to a bare minimum. Even more so than with the Astral Retreat. You will get the most out of the retreat if you are just focused on the retreat process.
Working a job, doing other projects, or having other commitments, will affect the process and are strongly discouraged. It is best to wait until a time where you can fully dedicate yourself to the retreat journey.

Unlike the Astral Retreat, reading books or other materials is not necessary and it’s better to keep it to a minimum, so that you can focus mainly on what is coming from within you. With the help of the guide, you will choose a topic or subject, which you will be deeply exploring throughout the journey. Like a scientist in the laboratory!
Further details about what you will be doing during the retreat will be revealed at the precise time.
